The pictured trailer is a regular for 'Harry Byrnes' pub on the Howth road catering for all the major international Rugby,GAA, and Soccer games. It was designed and built for the specific needs of this location. The unit consists of a Lincat heavy duty GAS chargrill, 3 cut out Bain Marie Hotcupboard, Saladette unit, wash up sink, wash hand basin, and flykiller.

 Above unit is capable of catering for a diverse range of products. It is generaly used for Beef Burgers, chicken burgers, sausage dogs, & pies. However it is also capable of catering for full dinners, ie Steak/pork/fish, with potatoes/wedges/rice/pasta, and carrots/peas/mushrooms/fried onions/gravy to which we could manage up to 200 covers. If you have any menu suggestion would be happy for you to discuss this with our resident chef. Because the char grill is run on GAS and we have our oven generator, this mobile unit it can be set up in almost any location.
